Key Responsibilities:

• Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various industries.
• Build strong relationships with job seekers, providing career guidance and placement support.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and clients.
• Business Development & Client Management
• Identify and engage potential clients, building relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
• Develop tailored staffing solutions to meet client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements to drive revenue growth.
• Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in staffing/recruitment and/or business development (preferred).
• Strong ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
