Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to plan, design, and oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems. This role involves process optimization, quality control, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical reports.
• Develop and implement operating procedures and process controls.
• Research and evaluate design proposals for feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure conformance to engineering standards through system modifications.
• Diagnose equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Utilize CAD software for design and drafting.
• Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment.
• Conduct feasibility studies and recommend design improvements.
• Oversee production processes, manufacturing methods, and material selection.
• Develop and enforce maintenance and safety procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Leadership: 2+ years (Preferred)
• Scheduling & Vendor Relations: 1+ year (Preferred)
• Mechanical Troubleshooting: 1+ year (Preferred)
• Induction Furnaces: 3+ years (Preferred)
