Job Title: Principal Engineer Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Principal Engineer Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to landmark land development projects in the Inland Empire region . This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside industry-leading experts, providing innovative engineering solutions to clients and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop grading plans from conceptual design to final execution.
• Prepare and process subdivision and land development plans, including road design, drainage, and earthwork calculations.
• Ensure compliance with jurisdictional codes, standards, and procedures.
• Utilize MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D for design and drafting.

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience: BSCE with 4+ years of land development experience, or 8+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of local engineering codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D .
