Duvera's client, a well-known insurance defense firm is searching for an associate preferably with personal injury defense litigation experience. 1st or 2nd chair trial experience is preferred. Will be responsible for pleadings, motion practice, depositions, and trial primarily on personal injury and first- and third-party insurance defense cases. Trucking litigation experience would be a great asset.

The firm provides a highly competitive salary plus end of year bonus and benefits; for the right candidate there is possibility of partnership development.

Billable Hours target: 1,800-2,100
