Key Responsibilities:
- Advise employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and wrongful termination cases.
- Draft and review employment policies, handbooks, and contracts.
- Provide counsel on labor relations matters, including collective bargaining and union-related issues.
- Conduct workplace investigations and provide strategic advice on employee relations.
