Key Responsibilities:

• Advise employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and wrongful termination cases.
• Draft and review employment policies, handbooks, and contracts.
• Provide counsel on labor relations matters, including collective bargaining and union-related issues.
• Conduct workplace investigations and provide strategic advice on employee relations.
