Business Operations Associate – KP Construction
Team: Business Operations
Reports To: CEO (Lead Closer & Project Manager)
Compensation: $1,000/month base salary + 10% commission on deal profit per closed deal
Earning Potential: Annual earnings can range from $49,500 to $87,000+, depending on deals closed.
OVERVIEW:
The Business Operations Associate supports the CEO in managing business activities, focusing on client engagement, deal coordination, and operational efficiency. This role ensures that sales processes run smoothly, client relationships are maintained, and subcontractor coordination is handled effectively. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, organized, and sales-driven, comfortable with a lower base salary but eager to maximize earnings through performance-based commission.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client Coordination & Follow-Ups: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring they stay informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Deal Support & Documentation: Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and estimates for client approval.
- Appointment Scheduling & Pipeline Management: Set up meetings, site visits, and follow-up calls to keep deals progressing.
- Subcontractor Communication: Coordinate with subcontractors to confirm project details, schedules, and materials.
- Operational Support: Track and update project statuses, ensuring seamless execution from contract signing to project completion.
- Lead Organization & CRM Management: Maintain an organized database of potential and active clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Contract & Administrative Assistance: Ensure agreements are properly executed, filed, and shared with relevant parties.
- Market & Business Development Support: Assist in researching industry trends and identifying potential growth opportunities.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Experience in business development, client relations, or construction sales (real estate or construction background is a plus).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented , able to track multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills , both verbal and written, for professional client interactions.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven , with a strong desire to earn through commission-based incentives.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment where follow-ups and execution are key.
- Tech-savvy , proficient in CRM systems, scheduling tools, and document preparation.
