About This Role This is an exciting new role that combines operational excellence with strategic support for our leadership team. We're looking for someone who can wear multiple hats while keeping their eyes on the prize: making JetRails run like a well-oiled machine.

- You'll need to wow us with value. That means finding ways to move our organization forward without being explicitly told how. Your job isn't simply to execute on a process, it's to improve its design.
Core Responsibilities: - Act as a key operational partner to the CEO, managing priorities and following up on action items
- Prepare meeting materials and track key decisions and commitments
- Draft internal communications and updates for various stakeholders
- Assist with vendor relationship management, including:
- Managing contracts and credentials
- Maintaining ongoing communications
- Coordinating with service providers
- Document standard operating procedures and drive process improvements across the organization
- Coordinate cross-functional projects from inception to completion
- Support financial operations including reporting, basic AP/AR, and collections
- Generate and analyze sales reports from our CRM platform to support decision-making
- Assist with sales and marketing initiatives including:
- Market research
- Marketplace management
- Campaign support
- Handle office operations including purchasing (yes, that includes making our space awesome!)
- Create regular reports and analyses to support business decisions
- Support HR functions including:
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Tracking employee time off and attendance
- Supporting recruitment and hiring processes
- Helping maintain HR policies and procedures documentation

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (Financial background preferred but not required)
- Proficiency with office technology (we're a tech company, duh)
- Ability to speak clearly, and write even more clearly
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, business administration, or related role
