Q&R Compliance Training Specialist
Pay Rate/Range: $28.50 to $38.50
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Location: Onsite in Tucson, AZ
Duration: 1 year contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Process Development & Maintenance:
- Execute and maintain sub-processes supporting the Training Chapter, including management of the Cornerstone IT tool .
- Develop, update, and maintain Training Matrices for Quality & Regulatory (Q&R) .
- Coordinate training matrix development with Learning Experts outside of Q&R.
- Manage, create, and execute learning requests via email, ServiceNow (SNOW), and Cornerstone .
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Support:
- Partner with the Shared Service Center (GLS) for Training to drive training initiatives effectively.
- Provide audit support , including building, analyzing, and reporting on training compliance data.
- Assess training needs and ensure compliance with all relevant ISO standards, regulations, and competency requirements .
- Innovative Learning Solutions:
- Support the development of innovative training solutions to enhance the effectiveness of the Global Q&R Compliance Team .
- Assist in crafting and implementing key training strategies that align with the organization’s long-term vision.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education & Experience:
- Associate’s degree in sciences, engineering, education, business, or a technical discipline (or equivalent professional education).
- 1-2 years of experience in Quality Management , training, or learning within a regulated industry .
- Technical Knowledge & Expertise:
- Strong understanding of regulated Quality Management Systems (QMS) , with a focus on training processes ( GxP expertise preferred ).
- Knowledge of trends in adult learning and training methodologies .
- Experience working with Cornerstone, ServiceNow (SNOW), and other training management tools .
