A prestigious law firm in NYC is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2-6 years of experience in commercial, securities, M&A, corporate governance, antitrust litigation, SEC enforcement, or criminal and regulatory investigations.

The ideal candidate will have strong academics, excellent writing skills, and experience in handling complex litigation matters. A federal judicial clerkship is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and assist with litigation cases in various areas, including commercial, securities, and antitrust matters.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, and assist in case strategy development.
• Represent clients in discovery, depositions, and court proceedings.
• Work closely with senior attorneys on complex matters and client relations.

Qualifications:

• 2-6 years of litigation experience from a law firm or government agency.
• Admission to the NY bar
• Strong academic background and excellent legal writing skills.
• A federal judicial clerkship is a plus.
