Energy background needed

Client is looking to hire a project manager that can help move their tech stack to the cloud. They need someone that can write good communications for both IT and Business / deal with conflict / agile / jira. Any experience with cloud-aws implementation is a nice to have.

She needs someone that has great presenting/update skills… example being powerpoint, timelines, providing updates to leaders.
