Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare services with post-merger integration, operations management or consulting experience
Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present and influence at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
High level of organizational and analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively.
Ability to collaborate across diverse departments and work with physicians, practice leaders, and clinical teams to align goals and processes.
Prior experience with successful EHR transitions / migrations.
Prior experience in healthcare acquisitions, mergers, or integrations is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations of multiple practice locations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations. Optimize workflow efficiency and patient flow to enhance the overall patient experience.
Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise practice staff across sites. Foster a positive work environment, encouraging professional development & teamwork among personnel.
Financial Management: Monitor financial performance of practices, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for operational improvements and profitability.
Patient Experience Enhancement: Implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and retention. Address patient feedback and concerns effectively, promoting a patient centric culture across all practice locations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the revenue cycle, billing, and compliance teams to ensure seamless integration of operations and adherence to financial policies.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and other applicable standards. Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
Standardized Practices: Develop and maintain standardized operational procedures and policies across all sites to promote consistency and efficiency in practice operations.
Performance Metrics: Establish and analyze practice performance metrics, reporting trends and outcomes to senior leadership. Use data-driven insights to guide operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Developing a comprehensive integration plan, identifying key stakeholders, and defining project goals and timelines for complex project integrations.
Communicating effectively with senior leadership, physicians, and practice teams to align expectations and address potential issues throughout the integration process.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with project integrations, including data compatibility, system conflicts, and potential impact to provider and team productivity.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of systems & applications across different departments.
Tracking project progress, identifying potential bottlenecks, and providing regular updates to senior leadership on integration status
