Position Summary
Search Solution Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with a proven track record in staffing sales. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to drive revenue growth, build long-term client relationships, and deliver tailored talent solutions. You will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced and competitive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the staffing and recruiting industry.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, trust-building, and delivering exceptional service.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team revenue goals.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' staffing needs and provide customized recruitment solutions.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed on staffing trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions using CRM tools like Bullhorn.
- Negotiation & Closing: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaboration: Partner with the recruiting and account management teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Required: Minimum of 3+ years of successful sales experience in the staffing or recruiting industry.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Expertise in consultative and solution-based selling.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Bullhorn) and Microsoft Office Suite.
