Summary:
You'll manage compensation projects, ensure wage and hour compliance, and develop compensation policies and procedures. Provide support and guidance on compensation issues to the business and Human Resources. Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management.
Major Responsibilities:
- Compensation Projects: Provide leadership and counsel on the design and implementation of compensation projects, programs, policies, and procedures (25% - Critical).
- Market Analyses: Conduct market analyses and research to support compensation decisions and program recommendations (25% - Critical).
- HR Partnership: Partner with HR to ensure competitive market positions that attract, retain, and motivate employees (25% - Critical).
- Regulatory Compliance: Lead efforts to ensure company compliance with regulatory requirements (15% - Critical).
- Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with organization policies and procedures (10% - Very important).
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in compensation analysis and consulting.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication, and the ability to work independently.
