Job Title: Project Manager

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000

We are a well-established general contractor in West Palm Beach, specializing in a diverse range of projects including industrial/manufacturing facilities, gymnasiums, private FBO and airport hangars, emergency response facilities, office buildings, and religious buildings. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of the management, coordination, and successful execution of these high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project scope, schedules, and budgets
• Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying and resolving any issues that may impact deadlines
• Monitor project costs, manage change orders, and track project expenses to maintain profitability
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
• Conduct regular project meetings and site visits to assess progress, review quality control, and ensure proper execution
• Prepare and present project updates, status reports, and forecasts to stakeholders and senior management

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with experience in industrial, commercial, or religious building projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management software, and industry best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met
• Solid understanding of budget management, cost control, and contract administration
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
