Job Title: Senior Landscape Project Manager – Landscape Architecture

Location: Orange, CA

Our client, a top OC architecture firm, is seeking a Senior Landscape Project Manager to lead innovative projects within their Landscape Architecture division in their OC office. This role focuses on managing complex, mixed-use developments such as multi-family housing, entertainment spaces, hospitality venues, and retail centers.

YOUR IMPACT:

  • Take ownership of project planning , including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional results.
  • Lead and mentor project teams , ensuring collaboration across designers, engineers, and support staff.
  • Manage project quality , reviewing designs and deliverables to meet the highest industry standards.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to ensure project success.
  • Oversee project compliance with local regulations, codes, and permitting processes.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and clients, focusing on milestones and progress.


WHAT YOU BRING:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • 10+ years of project management experience in architectural or related industries.
  • Proficiency in software tools like AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Adobe Suites.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • In-depth understanding of design principles, construction processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • The ability to lead teams effectively while managing budgets and deadlines.
