Summary

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for supporting production operations by addressing manufacturing engineering-related matters.

Key Activities

• Capital project management: Develop high-level Scope, Budget, Timeline, and ROI.
• Execute Capital and non-capital projects to achieve the desired scope and goals
• Project Management: Source vendors per project scope, develop system PFD, PI,D and Plan views, Issue requisitions and track project cost, track project per scope and timing, complete IQOQPQ for completed installation, and manage release to plant operations.
• Ability to execute multiple projects concurrently.
• Assist plants with OEE, Scrap reduction, and optimization of product and packaging lines
• Work with PM and business development groups on growth opportunities

Preferred Skills

• Managed multi-million-dollar projects on time and on budget
• Knowledge of ESL and Aseptic product processing and packaging

Educations & Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in Food and Beverage manufacturing.
• AAS/BS degree in engineering is preferred, but not required.
