Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of multiple projects assigned from the sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project lifecycles, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be key to ensuring project milestones, budgets, and customer expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring project scope, objectives, and timelines are clearly defined.
• Facilitate project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to establish performance goals and design project plans.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, customers, and vendors to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure projects stay on track.
• Manage project budgets and financials, taking corrective actions as required to stay within budget.
• Oversee the technical submittal process and manage order/ship dates.
• Drive accountability across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure desired results.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers regarding project status, milestones, and changes.
• Conduct internal kickoff meetings for complex or high-value projects.
• Provide ongoing project updates and status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Document lessons learned and share best practices with other project teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on customer service and collaboration.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
