We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Construction to lead and oversee high-end residential and commercial projects in the beautiful Turks and Caicos. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site supervision, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from initial planning through to final completion, ensuring successful delivery.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively to ensure optimal project execution.
• Lead on-site teams, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to align project goals and ensure seamless communication.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce quality control, and resolve any operational challenges that may arise.
• Ensure strict adherence to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards, maintaining a compliance-first approach.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, detailing progress, challenges, and forecasts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Director of Construction or in a similar senior construction role.
• Mandatory site superintendent experience, preferably in managing high-end construction projects.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to relocate or be based in Turks and Caicos.

Salary: starts at $180,000 USD, tax-free. Client provides work permit, relocation, and 6 month accommodation
