Responsibilities

• Support teams in creating strategies to enhance production line capabilities.
• Lead the creation of standard operating procedures and training in Lean Six Sigma
• Lead automation and data strategies, develop dashboards, and implement paperless processes with IT
• Scope and lead projects to reduce production costs and waste, and report on progress
• Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts using data-driven approaches.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience leading cross functional teams
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Experience with change management strategies and processes
• Experience applying Lean and Six Sigma tools to get results. Green or Black Belt preferred.
• Experience applying TPM in a manufacturing environment

Salary: $110K - $160K
