Responsibilities

• Continuously enhance knowledge of power systems, focus areas, and related products
• Assist customers with products through visits, demonstrations, training, and phone support
• Apply engineering principles and standard techniques to solve various problems
• Contribute to product specifications, application software, and technical literature
• Participate in marketing, sales activities, industry meetings, and conferences
• Publish application guides, notes, software tools, and technical papers, while contributing to customer feedback and knowledge databases

Qualifications

• Expertise in power systems, industry standards, protection, automation, communication, and metering
• Willingness to travel
