Job Description:

• Support large volume of TEM metrology data generation.

• Data quality control and screening errors

• Statistical analysis and report generation

Minimum Qualifications:

- BS/MS in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Microelectronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics. "BS IS REQUIRED; NO EXCEPTIONS"

Preferred Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience on SEM/TEM might not be very important. Instead, it will be great if they have some CD measurements/metrology experience.

-Experience on CD measurements/metrology. Basic knowledge of semiconductor device and manufacturing process.
