Location/Remote: 100% Remote – must be willing to work Eastern Time Zone (EDT) hours


Employment Type: Permanent / Direct Hire


Compensation: up to $98k base salary (depending on experience)

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and managing test cases, writing test scripts, and ensuring traceability throughout the testing process.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with a high level of importance and accuracy.
  • Develop new test cases and rewrite existing ones to ensure comprehensive coverage of system requirements.
  • Actively write test scripts and test cases, emphasizing the importance of traceability.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports detailing testing defects and issues.
  • Utilize DevOps testing tools (or similar tools such as ServiceNow) to manage and track test cases.
  • Work within the Bwise application (or similar CRM platforms like Salesforce), gaining familiarity with the system and its functionalities.
  • Collaborate with the team to dive into and understand system requirements for effective testing.
  • Work closely with team members, including Business Analysts and Scrum Masters.


Requirements:


  • Experience with test case management software (Azure DevOps is preferred).
  • Proven ability to write detailed test cases and test plans.
  • Capability to step in and lead testing activities when necessary.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, with experience in Salesforce being a plus but not required.
  • Background in working with computer systems, finance, or other detailed systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Prior experience in QA for Salesforce platforms.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
