• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 8am-5pm, Wednesdays, 10am-7pm. 1 hour unpaid lunch.

• Clinical Details

• Up to 18 patients per day
• Will see all ages
• Special Procedures: Basic bread and butter procedures. Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care.

• Requirements

• Board Certified
• Active WA License and DEA
• ACLS, BLS
• MUST have clean background. No malpractice will be considered.
• MUST have minimum of 2 years experience, face to face patient contact within past year.

• Support Staff: Dedicated medical assistant for each provider, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians
