Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, fostering strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives within our target market segments.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking efforts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and technical support to clients as needed to showcase the features and benefits of our custom turnkey solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, and Product Development to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product roadmap and market demand.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our product offerings in the market.
- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management on a regular basis, highlighting sales performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand, generate leads, and expand our network within the custom turnkey solution ecosystem.
- Continuously strive to enhance personal and professional development through training, education, and skill-building activities.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
· Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the technology sector and specifically in selling LCD and Single Board Computer solutions.
· Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of Single Board Computers, embedded systems, and related technologies.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders at all levels.
· Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
· Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend events, and support business development activities.
