The Role

As an Executive Search Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing client relationships and placing high-caliber candidates in strategic roles.

• Engaging with Clients and Candidates: Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings, including travel to client sites, building trusted relationships.
• Negotiating Terms with High-Value Clients: Develop contracts with clients, including companies with annual revenues exceeding $5B.
• Interviewing and Collaborating with Executive Talent: Work closely with C-Suite and senior executives to help them secure their next strategic role.
• Developing Strategic Databases: Build and maintain state-of-the-art databases to cement GHW Global’s leadership in your specialist sector.
