Role Description
This is a full-time on site role for a Store Manager at Krafter’s Land Cabinetry. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing customer satisfaction, handling store management tasks, ensuring retail loss prevention strategies are in place, and providing exceptional customer service. While the role is primarily located in Spokane, WA, three months training at Tukwila, WA.
Qualifications

- Experience in Store Management
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention
- Proven track record of Customer Satisfaction
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the cabinetry or home improvement industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
