BGSF has teamed up with a large automotive company with an office based in Franklin, IN. They are currently looking for an Account Manager on a direct-hire basis and will operate 100% onsite with some light travel (5-6 times annual).
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with OEM customers and help facilitate all business and sales activities
- Assist the Sales Manager in sales activities and goals
- Handle sales forecasting and commercial negotiation
- Assist with market research on products and pricing strategy
- Help manage advanced product quality planning/APQP
- Handle customer interaction and promote the sales of products and services through meetings and presentations
- Work with customer contracts and legal documents with support from the legal department
- Help manage supply planning and delivery and maintain customer scorecards
- Some light travel may be needed to customer sites and/or tradeshows
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or higher education required
- Must have at least 2+ years of account management experience
- Automotive and or manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with SAP preferred
