What you will be doing


The Regional Key Account Manager drives strategic growth by cultivating and expanding relationships with tier A & B clients while actively pursuing high-value prospects. You'll develop comprehensive solutions to strengthen client partnerships, expand service adoption, and secure long-term revenue growth. This pivotal role requires a strategic mindset to align commercial objectives with operational excellence, while championing innovation and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with relationship management expertise to deliver exceptional client value and maintain competitive advantage.


You will be contributing to that vision by…


  • Drive strategic growth across tier A & B accounts throughout North America while prospecting high-value opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a dynamic pipeline of qualified A & B prospects through systematic market analysis and outreach.
  • Execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve gross profit targets and volume objectives.
  • Collaborate with global account teams to ensure consistent service delivery and relationship management.
  • Design and implement targeted pricing strategies in partnership with product teams and senior leadership.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration by coordinating joint client meetings with product specialists and management.
  • Leverage CRM platform to maintain accurate pipeline data, track KPIs, and document client interactions.
  • Ensure seamless client onboarding through structured transition planning and implementation.
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics for revenue growth, client retention, and market expansion.
  • Demonstrate proven success managing either global enterprise accounts or significant regional clients with substantial revenue volume.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities and protect market share.
  • Lead complex RFQ processes and develop compelling proposals for multinational clients.


What skills & experience you will bring to us


  • Proven track record of 5+ years in strategic business development within freight forwarding or 3PL industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in global logistics operations with specialized knowledge of North American markets.
  • Comprehensive understanding of multimodal transportation solutions and international trade regulations.
  • Outstanding ability to build and nurture C-level relationships through exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating across all organizational levels.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field required.
  • Project management experience in complex logistics environments preferred.


What are some key figures for the role


  • Ideal starting date is March 3, 2025
  • You will receive a permanent full-time contract with a 40-hour work week
  • You will have 15 vacation days per year
