Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a sales team to execute the client’s technology and services strategy, delivering exceptional results aligned with business objectives.
- Drive profitable growth by expanding our product and services portfolio within existing accounts while capturing new opportunities.
- Focus on new business development, emphasizing cutting-edge technology and professional services offerings.
- Hold Account Managers accountable for key sales activities, ensuring they consistently meet performance goals and KPIs.
- Set clear expectations and create structure and routines to support sales objectives and deliver on targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align resources and strategies, maximizing customer success and satisfaction.
- Partner with peers and specialized teams to address challenges and enhance processes for sustained growth.
- Act as a mentor and coach to develop the talents of your team. Assess individual strengths and areas for improvement, providing ongoing support and development plans to help them achieve their full potential.
- Consistently engage and strategize to meet company financial goals and exceed expectations.
- Perform other duties as needed to contribute to the success of the team and organization.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of leadership, sales expertise, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience in selling products and services.
- At least 5+ years of proven success in a sales management role.
- A background in managed services is a strong advantage.
- Experience in consultative selling and developing tailored solutions for clients.
- Industry experience in technology or professional services is preferred.
