Our client, a leading provider of tire inflation solutions (including air vending and nitrogen systems) for the automotive service industry, is seeking a driven Outside Regional Sales Manager to expand their market share in their Southwest territory, covering Denver, Las Vegas, and Phoenix.

This is a 100% outbound, hunter role focused around the Southwestern United States. Must live in Denver, Las Vegas, or Phoenix to be considered for the position!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership key contacts through consistent in-person visits.
• Schedule regular visits with customers to facilitate future renewal discussions.
• Execute cold-calling, door-to-door outreach, and presentations to achieve sales targets.
• Navigate a transactional sales cycle, targeting convenience stores and gas stations.

Candidate Profile:

• 3-5 years of B2B outside sales experience, ideally with a background selling to convenience stores or gas stations.
• Proven track record in a hunting role with a money-motivated, goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong communicator with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Highly entrepreneurial, self-driven, and able to manage territory with minimal supervision.
