Requirements
- Experience with high-volume sales (80+ calls/day).
- Previous B2B software sales experience preferred.
- Preferred experience with education software solutions, or H.R. software solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow up effectively and stay organized using CRM platforms like HubSpot.
- A consultative and empathetic approach to customer needs.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality outbound calls (10/hour, 80+/day) to engage prospects and schedule appointments.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to convert leads into real opportunities.
- Use HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Exceed targets for call volume, quality, and scheduled appointments.
- Contribute to a high-energy and supportive team environment.
