Consultant pay rate: 101.81 /hr on W2 (All Inclusive)

FL-DOH-Duval County-Dentist - 2-3 days per week

candidate will have to pass a level 2 background and drug screen.

Candidate Responsibilities:

* Providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams, preventive services, restorations, removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist.

Experience/Skills Required:

* 1 year experience provide a full range of general dental services

Educational Requirement:

* DDS or DMD degree

* Active Florida Dental License

Ability to speak and understand English Required

Must have an active Florida Dental License, in good standing. Required
