Location: Boston, MA (Remote with occasional in-office visits, but mostly campus on site)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week, no overtime or weekends)

Duration: 6-Month Contract

Up to $42/hour for the right fit


Position Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic and driven Early Careers Recruiter to attract, engage, and hire top internship and new graduate talent for both technical and non-technical roles, with a primary focus on software engineering candidates. This high-impact role blends event coordination, candidate mentorship, and full-cycle recruiting to build future talent pipelines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for intern and new grad positions across multiple disciplines.
  • Campus Partnerships: Represent the organization at college fairs, networking events, and career panels to build strong university connections.
  • Event Hosting: Lead virtual and in-person sessions, including campus tours and webinars, to showcase career opportunities and company culture.
  • Sourcing & Screening: Leverage platforms like Handshake, RippleMatch, and LinkedIn to identify, engage, and assess diverse candidates.
  • Candidate Engagement: Serve as a mentor and guide for students navigating the hiring process, creating a positive and supportive experience.
  • Data & Process Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and clarity.


Requirements:

  • At least 1+ year of experience in campus or early careers recruiting, with exposure to both technical and non-technical roles preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools like Handshake, RippleMatch, LinkedIn, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS ).
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume recruiting and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for leading events and engaging diverse candidate groups.
  • Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to candidate pipeline management.
  • Comfort with light travel for college visits (travel expenses reimbursed).
