We are representing a privately held $250M industrial manufacturing organization who is actively seeking a Senior Manager of Human Resources encompassing Organizational Effectiveness, Recruiting, and Talent Management. The Senior Human Resources Manager will report to the Vice President of Human Resources while working closely with the CEO who is looking to begin the interview process ASAP.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Candidate will report to the Vice President of Human Resources while working closely with CEO/Chairman.
- The Senior Manager of Human Resources will will act as a Business Partner with Executive Leadership while managing a team of (3).
- Candidate will lead the Recruiting/Talent Acquisition function, Organizational Effectiveness, and Talent Management across a $250M industrial manufacturing organization.
- Position entails providing practical, consistent, and pro-active support, direction and advice to Executive Leadership and Plant Management.
- This position directs local activities in support of company initiatives to include recruiting, employee engagement/retention, employee development; production system management; and other company initiatives.
- Candidate will work closely with Senior leadership to define departmental budgets, operational KPI's & deliverables, in addition to overall plant strategy
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree is required for consideration. Advanced degree and/or certifications are considered a plus
- Candidate should have at least 5 years of Plant level HR Leadership experience
- Manufacturing experience is necessary for consideration
- Candidate should have a strong recruiting/talent acquisition background.
