Execute effective and consistent recruiting process

Build and maintain diverse talent resource pipelines and sourcing to provide a steady supply of premier talent to the organization

Include diversity through pipeline, sourcing, and relationship management

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in talent acquisition

5 years experience of progressive full cycle recruitment experience working with a variety of salaried and leadership roles

Salary Information

$50/hour
