Job Title: Benefits Administrator
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (100% onsite)
Salary: Up to $90k
Job Summary: LHH is seeking a highly polished and professional Benefits Administrator with strong expertise in benefits administration and experience with Paylocity. This role involves managing employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), FSA, and other benefits.
- Manage open enrollment, including communication and employee education.
- Serve as the primary contact for benefits providers and employees.
- Process benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Oversee COBRA administration and compliance.
- Educate employees on benefits options and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in benefits administration.
- Experience with Paylocity.
- Strong knowledge of benefits programs and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
