Job Description

Job Title: Benefits Administrator

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (100% onsite)

Salary: Up to $90k

Job Summary: LHH is seeking a highly polished and professional Benefits Administrator with strong expertise in benefits administration and experience with Paylocity. This role involves managing employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), FSA, and other benefits.
  • Manage open enrollment, including communication and employee education.
  • Serve as the primary contact for benefits providers and employees.
  • Process benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy.
  • Oversee COBRA administration and compliance.
  • Educate employees on benefits options and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in benefits administration.
  • Experience with Paylocity.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits programs and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
