The HR Manager participates with the leadership team to promote a positive employee experience and our mission to generate Trust, Collaboration, and Empowerment. The HR Manager has responsibilities for all aspects of HR, recruiting, employee relations, training, data analysis, new employee onboarding, and the day-to-day execution of HR policies, processes, and procedures as well as processing Payroll, benefits, and Leave Management responsibilities. Management responsibilities. While the HR Manager will have support from the corporate office and robust tools and systems, this is an opportunity for a data-driven individual with a bias toward action.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration, Organization Development, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in HR management within a manufacturing setting.
- Five plus years of experience supporting employee relations is required.
- Flexible, open-minded team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving capabilities to work effectively in a manufacturing team environment.
- Experience with Paycom HR solutions.
