Vaco is assisting a client find a well rounded Labor Relations Manager. The manager will implement and maintains the company's labor relations programs, policies, and procedures. Ensures productive and positive labor-management relations and helps develop and interpret collective bargaining agreements. Leads grievance procedures, including arbitrations, and assists all levels of management on labor matters.
Qualifications:
- Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility and may contribute to developing the budget.
- Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
- Typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience
