Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Marketing Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Quincy, MA. The ideal candidate will support both administrative and marketing functions, ensuring smooth operations while contributing to brand awareness and business growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in data analysis, and experience with social media and light graphic design.


Marketing Administrative Coordinator

Location: Quincy, MA (Onsite)

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 base salary

Schedule: Core hours 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM; flexibility required for events in Boston


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support the marketing and sales teams.
  • Manage and maintain marketing databases, reports, and mail merges.
  • Coordinate company newsletters, compiling content and ensuring timely distribution.
  • Support event planning and logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for company-hosted and external events.
  • Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to enhance sales opportunities and brand visibility.
  • Assist with light graphic design to create engaging visuals for social media and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop compelling content for newsletters, blog posts, and promotional materials.
  • Pull and analyze data reports to support marketing campaigns and decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (required).
  • At least 6+ months of experience in an administrative or marketing role, including internships.

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to adapt tone and messaging accordingly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with mail merge functions.
  • Experience with social media management and light graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
