We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage payroll, compliance, benefits, and HRIS administration. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include overseeing benefits enrollment, reconciling discrepancies, and managing provider relationships. The ideal candidate will refine onboarding and offboarding processes, conduct I-9 audits, and partner with HR leadership to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, this role involves maintaining HRIS systems, handling complex employee inquiries, auditing records, and preparing HR data reports to support strategic decision-making.
In addition to payroll and benefits administration, this position will oversee the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring. The candidate will collaborate with marketing to enhance employer branding and engage in networking efforts to attract top talent. They will also coordinate new hire orientation, training sessions, and ensure employees have the necessary tools for success. Offboarding duties include managing exit procedures, compliance requirements, and final pay processing. Ideal candidates should have strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, HRIS experience, and a background in benefits administration. A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, along with 2-5 years of HR administrative experience, is required.
