Akkodis is seeking a Senior Product Strategist (Digital Solutions) for a 06 Months Contract position with our Direct Client located in Syracuse, NY (In office 1 day per week) . Ideally looking for applicants who manages all processes related to companies recruiting activities for college, experienced and executive hiring practices.
Pay Range: $50 - $52/hr on w2; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

- Experience working on digital product teams highly preferred
- Experience designing and refining value case (e.g., financial value to the business, strategic value, etc.)
- Support change mgmt. and product roll-out plan, with help from the change mgmt. team as needed.
Job Purpose
The Product Strategist is responsible for supporting the business and operations
work stream within a multi-disciplinary digital product team structure. They partner closely to execute several activities, such as identifying risky assumptions, building the value case, defining the future-state process vision, executing change management plans, etc.
Key Accountabilities
- Support business capability assessment, design, alignment and road mapping for product line with cross-functional teams
- Construct business case, including value projections and detailed investment estimate; ensure these are aligned with product definition
- Track objectives and key results to assess benefit realization of products
- Proactively identify riskiest assumptions and support product team in designing and executing experiments to increase confidence in business case assumptions
- Support business/operation work stream team, participating in Agile sprints during full product roadmap
- Define future-state operations solution (process, org change), including detailed
- current state-process and future-state process documentation
- Support change mgmt. and product roll-out plan, with help from the change mgmt. team as needed
- Implement marketing, sales, business development, user acquisition, and user support strategies
- Provide support to product & technical workstreams (e.g., RFP support, stakeholder mgmt., value alignment, IT governance, IT PMO)
- Support preparation of materials for key stakeholder readouts (e.g., Digital Board meetings) and regulatory engagements.
- Supervisory/Interpersonal- Experience Required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering or relevant field
- 3-5 years relevant business experience
- Experience working on digital product teams highly preferred
- Experience designing and refining value case (e.g., financial value to the business, strategic value, etc.)
- Experience in defining, testing, and refining product assumptions
- Experience in Agile product or project management
- At least 1-2 years working with (or within) utility
- Financial modeling and value case development experience
