LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Shop Service Technician III with strong expertise in diesel technology and engine systems . This role is ideal for experienced technicians who excel in troubleshooting, installations, and repairs within a shop environment. As a Technician III, you will work on a variety of machinery and equipment, providing exceptional service and completing high-quality repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance, installations, and repairs on diesel engines and construction equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues within the shop.
• Assemble new engine packages and pre-assemble fitted components in the production shop.
• Independently complete assignments with minimal supervision.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a shop technician or diesel technician is required.
• Must be fully capable of independently completing assignments.
• Expertise in diesel technology and engine systems is essential.
• Certifications in Cummins, CAT, or similar are strongly preferred.
• Experience with multiple OEMs is highly desirable.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Personable, ethical, and reliable with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and work collaboratively with team members.
