Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various engineering projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and project scheduling, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with established standards. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Utilize project management software such as HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and Primavera for effective tracking and reporting.
• Develop detailed project schedules using Civil 3D and other relevant tools to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct construction estimating and prepare comprehensive schematics for project proposals.
• Oversee construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Facilitate regular meetings with team members and stakeholders to communicate progress, address challenges, and implement solutions.
• Monitor project performance metrics and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.

Skills
