About the Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Level Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team in West Caldwell, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming Allen Bradley PLCs and hands-on experience with HMI/SCADA systems using FactoryTalk, Ignition, or Wonderware.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement control systems, including PLC and HMI/SCADA programming

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems

• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of existing control systems

• Provide technical support and training to other team members

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field

• Proven experience programming Allen Bradley PLCs

• Hands-on experience with HMI/SCADA systems using FactoryTalk, Ignition, or Wonderware

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional PLC platforms and HMI/SCADA systems

• Knowledge of industrial networking and communication protocols

• Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards
