We’re seeking a talented and motivated ServiceNow Developer/Maintainer to join a dynamic team supporting mission-critical projects. This role involves developing innovative solutions to enhance system performance, usability, and operational efficiency for high-impact activities in the Intelligence Community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide recommendations on ServiceNow best practices, workflow automation, and usability improvements.
- Develop and configure ServiceNow components, including workflows, Client Scripts, Business Rules, ACLs, and custom UX/UI interfaces.
- Manage data integrations, reporting, and dashboards while monitoring system health and compliance.
- Coordinate platform and application upgrades, maintaining system documentation and technical specifications.
- Support Agile development processes and drive continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
- Active TS/SCI clearance (required).
- Expertise in ServiceNow development, including Scoped Applications, UI Builder, and App Engine Studio.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON programming languages.
- Strong knowledge of database administration (DB2, MySQL, MSSQL, etc.).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and the ability to evaluate new technologies to meet mission requirements.
Education and Experience:
- Senior Level: Master’s + 4 years, Bachelor’s + 6 years, Associate’s + 8 years, or 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Mid-Level: Master’s degree, Bachelor’s + 2 years, Associate’s + 4 years, or 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Certification: DoD 8570 IAT Level II (required).
