Position: Regional Sales/Assessor Representative

Location: Hybrid - Phoenix, AZ (Remote/Travel Required)

Job Type: Full-Time


Overview

We are currently seeking a Regional Sales/Assessor Representative to join one of our fastest growing clients to drive business growth across the Continental US. This role involves traveling within your designated region, where you will be responsible for engaging with clients, identifying opportunities, and providing industry-leading customer service. The ideal candidate has a strong background in security solutions and a proven track record in consultative selling, with a focus on sectors like education, government, and commercial real estate.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with security integrators , architects , general contractors , and other key stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of security solutions, competitor offerings, and market trends.
  • Lead full-cycle sales efforts, including prospecting, engagement, proposal development, negotiations, and closing new business.
  • Own and manage proposals with full accountability, ensuring they meet client needs and business objectives.
  • Develop and execute account strategies, goals, and action plans for your assigned territory.
  • Drive sales growth through prospecting, developing new business, and leveraging existing client relationships.
  • Establish and maintain long-term connections with key decision-makers in educational institutions, school security officers, and government entities.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate project proposals, timely installations, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Regularly track and update your sales pipeline in our lead management system, reporting bi-weekly to the Director of Sales.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand your professional network and generate new leads.
  • Provide regular insights on sales performance, market opportunities, and competitive dynamics to leadership.
  • Assist with the coordination of sales efforts for other territories and collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals.


Required Skills & Abilities

  • Proven experience in sales and business development within security, construction, education, or related industries.
  • Successful track record in consultative selling , with the ability to engage clients and build lasting relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for interactions with clients, teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while traveling.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding or ability to quickly learn about security film solutions , their applications, and the relevant construction and architectural industries.
  • Ability to maintain a Fingerprint Clearance Card for your region.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Marketing , Security , or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales , account management , or business development , preferably in sectors such as education , law enforcement , government , or commercial real estate .
  • Experience with security integrators or building materials supporting educational or institutional needs is a plus.
  • Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% within your assigned region.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary : $60,000 per year
  • Commission Pay : Earnings based on performance and sales
