*Overview*
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical practices and terminology, along with the ability to provide high-quality patient care in various settings. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in supporting patients' health and well-being through direct care and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

*Duties*
* Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
* Assist in discharge planning by coordinating with healthcare teams for seamless transitions.
* Conduct triage assessments to prioritize patient care needs effectively.
* Perform IV insertion and maintain infection control protocols.
* Document patient information accurately, including medical history and treatment plans.
* Provide acute care support to patients in various medical settings.
* Utilize medical terminology proficiently for effective communication within the healthcare team.
* Assist with specialized procedures such as dermal fillers when applicable.
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

*Requirements*
* Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
* Strong knowledge of medical office procedures and practices.
* Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology.
* Experience in discharge planning and familiarity with patient care protocols.
* Ability to perform triage effectively and respond to urgent care situations.
* Knowledge of infection control standards and practices.
* Experience with IV insertion techniques is preferred.
* Familiarity with acute care environments is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective patient interaction.
