* *Competitive Compensation:* Start with a base salary of $84K–$96K or 30% of collections (whichever is greater). Most team members quickly reach six-figure earnings!

* *Bilingual:* Fluency in English and Spanish is essential to serve our diverse community effectively.
* *X-Ray Certification:* Must have current certification or be willing to obtain it within 1-2 months of hire.
