National Counseling Group (NCG) is seeking dedicated Outpatient Therapists (Resident in Counseling or Licensed) to join our team. We provide high-quality, community-based behavioral health services across Virginia. Licensed Eligible (Resident or Supervisee): $46K - $47.5K
Fully Licensed Professionals: $51K - $55K
Piece Rate: $45 - $51 per unit (Unlimited earning potential)
Key Responsibilities
Provide outpatient mental health services to clients
Develop and implement individualized service plans
Conduct case management and crisis interventions
Perform psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments (Behavioral, Substance Abuse, Economic Self-Sufficiency)
