Position Overview

We are seeking full-time and part-time Outpatient Therapists to provide high-quality mental health services to clients in Richmond, VA. This position is ideal for licensed or license-eligible professionals looking to grow their careers in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Location: Richmond, VA

Minimum to Median Salary

Licensed Eligible, resident, or supervisee $46K - $47.5K
Fully licensed $51K - $55K
Piece rate $45 to $51 per unit
Unlimited earning potential

Compensation is dependent on education, licensure, experience, and other factors.

Key Responsibilities
Case Management Services: Coordinate and manage services for clients, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and support.
Service Plans: Develop individualized, written service plans to address clients’ specific needs and goals.
Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and intervention during mental health crises.
Evaluations and Assessments: Conduct psychological evaluations and write diagnostic assessments, including those for behavioral, substance abuse, and economic self-sufficiency issues.
Facilitate Wraparound Meetings: Organize and lead team meetings to ensure coordinated care among providers and natural supports.
Qualifications
Licensure: Must be licensed or license-eligible in Virginia (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Resident in Counseling).
Education: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
